The Electrolux Brazil team is fully committed to growing a client-centric shopper journey to strengthen their customer base. Electrolux wanted to maximize their reach across their retargeting efforts, expanding their brand’s visibility and audience engagement while maintaining their target ROI.
The open internet and social platforms are prime channels for product discovery. Building upon Electrolux’s current acquisition and retargeting efforts on the open internet, Criteo helped the brand extend their retargeting strategy to include Facebook and Instagram.
At the core of the strategy was Criteo’s Shopper Graph. This solution connects shopper engagement events to products, categories, and brand identifiers across the Criteo network—serving the right product to the right shopper, at the right time.
Expanding the campaign’s reach to include multiple channels also enabled mutual campaign learnings and automatic budget allocation based on performance across the open web and social.
Thanks to the expanded retargeting approach, Electrolux’s Brazil team was able to achieve a remarkable 265% increase in revenue year over year, accompanied by a 100%+ increase in click-through-rate YoY. The partnership also drove cost efficiencies, driving Electrolux’s cost of sales down by 17% within only a month after the activation.
In the future, Electrolux Brazil plans to maintain their robust collaboration with Criteo to continuously leverage opportunities that will enhance the brand’s digital presence and market performance.
