EPMs play a critical role at Criteo. They’re the link between our Product managers, who drive product vision, and our R&D teams, who are charged with taking that vision and bringing it to life. They help teams build strategy and produce high-quality solutions efficiently, understanding user and business issues as well as coordinating cross-team technical collaboration.
It’s not an easy job — requirements change daily and EPMs must be able to manage end-to-end projects with keen attention to time management, competing resources, and marketplace needs. But someone has to do it, and the success of our teams depends on it.
